Safety Task Analysis

The STA should be completed daily for each task.  Each crew member included with the task must be listed on this STA.  Enter your companies email address on this STA.  Once completed, a copy will be held on file with Bullard Builders.  If deviation from known safe work practice/procedure occurs, work must be stopped.

Tools and Equipment: User inspection is required on all tools, ladders, electrical cords, rigging and safety equipment. Has this been completed?
Hazardous Materials: Has the material storage area been identified and approved?
Has MSDS been reviewed for health hazards prior to use, and is it available to employees?
Scaffold & Ladders: Inspect all scaffolds and ladders prior to use.
Does ladder have current inspection?
Housekeeping: Are trash receptacles available in the work area?
Fall Protection: Have areas been identified as requiring fall protection systems? Have anchorage points been installed?
Fire Protection: Are flammable/combustible materials stored, separated, inspected and secured per procedure?
